Partner terms
Plain-language summary of how the partner program works. Have these terms reviewed by your legal adviser before you rely on them.
1. Commission
- You earn ₹600 when a customer you referred buys a Starter website, and ₹900 for a Business website.
- Commission is paid on the customer's first paid purchase. Renewals and upgrades earn commission only if we say so in writing.
- A commission becomes payable 14 days after the customer's payment, if the payment was not refunded or reversed.
- If a payment is refunded or charged back, the related commission is cancelled. If already paid, we may deduct it from future commission.
2. How a customer is linked to you
- The customer enters your partner code when creating their account, or uses your referral link. The first partner linked to an account stays linked.
- The customer owns their account. Never ask for or keep a customer's password.
3. Payment and tax
- Payouts are made monthly by UPI or bank transfer once your payable balance reaches ₹1,000.
- You must provide a valid PAN. Tax may be deducted at source where the law requires it, and GST rules may apply to you. You are responsible for your own tax filings.
4. Rules
- No false promises (for example, guaranteed Google ranking), no spam, and no bidding on our brand name in advertising.
- No self-referral: commission on your own websites, or on accounts you control, is not payable.
- Fake sign-ups, fake payments or misuse lead to cancelled commission and removal from the program.
5. Independent partner
You work for yourself. You are not our employee, agent or representative, and you cannot make promises on our behalf. We may change these terms or end the program with notice.
